Redistricting Data CD with Adjusted 2000 Census Data

Details: • Available for a single state or territory • Contains PL94-171 redistricting data, adjusted based on the Accuracy and Coverage Evaluation (A.C.E.) survey conducted during Census 2000. The A.C.E. survey was designed to measure net undercounts, such as people missed, and overcounts, such as people counted twice. The undercounts are largely in Latino, African-American, and other minority groups.
