Why are ZIP Codes missing from my street index?

The street index includes ZIP Code information. The ZIP Code information comes directly from the file identified as the Street layer in the [Streets tab of the] P&E Settings. If you are using your own streets file, it may contain null values in the Left ZIP and Right ZIP fields. You should verify the integrity of your streets data if you got it from a source other than Caliper. If you are using Caliper’s streets data, there should be no problems.
