Caliper Supplies Mapping to Massachusetts High Technology Council MassTrack Web Site

NEWTON, MASSACHUSETTS; March 31,2006 - The newly developed Massachusetts High Technology Council MassTrack web site (www.masstrack.org) provides a ranking of Massachusetts communities in terms of how "technology friendly" they are. Working with data provided by Virtual Media Resources, Caliper Corporation created the MassTrack mapping application. The site shows how communities are doing in terms of tax rates, construction permits, education levels, and other factors of interest to high-tech businesses seeking to recruit employees or locate facilities.

The interactive maps on the MassTrack web site are run by Maptitude for the Web, Caliper Corporation's mapping software package that creates fully interactive maps on a web site. Maptitude for the Web has all of the tools you need to create compelling and attractive maps, plus special capabilities for designing and running interactive map applications and location-based services on the World Wide Web.
