Shipping Information:

Caliper offers several different shipping methods to meet your delivery needs. The following table outlines shipping and handling for Maptitude Mapping Software (In US dollars):

Domestic UPS Ground $10 (For up to 4 copies of Maptitude1)

Domestic FedEx Overnight (delivered next business day2) $45 (For up to 4 copies of Maptitude1)
Canada/Mexico USPS Priority Mail  $26 (For up to 10 copies of Maptitude1)
International USPS Priority Mail $42 (For up to 10 copies of Maptitude1)
International Express (UPS or FedEx) Actual shipping charges will be added to your invoice

Order Processing:

Orders received before 3pm (Eastern Time) will be processed the same business day, excluding US federal holidays. Orders received after 3pm usually ship same business day, but may be processed on the next business day, excluding US federal holidays. All prices are in US dollars.

Caliper Corporation ships the order to the shipping address (as specified in Google Checkout) according to the shipping method and timeframe agreed upon when the order was placed. If a buyer wants to make changes to an order, the buyer will have to cancel the order and place it again.

Remember that delivery estimates are for time in transit only, and that they do not apply until the product leaves Caliper Corporation’s facilities. As the delivery of an order is beyond Caliper Corporation’s control once the order leaves Caliper Corporation’s facilities, Caliper Corporation cannot assume liability for late deliveries, regardless of the delivery method specified.

If you would like product and pricing information, order status information or other assistance with an order you already placed with Caliper Corporation, please contact Caliper Corporation Sales by phone Monday - Friday, excluding US federal holidays, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern time (USA), at 617-527-4700.

Proof of Delivery:

For transactions less than US$250, Caliper Corporation can provide a tracking number with full shipping address.

For transactions of US$250 or greater, Caliper Corporation requires a delivery signature: Once your order has been placed, we are unable to change the shipping address. Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you on delivery.

Please note that for deliveries that require a signature, if you are willing to assume the risks of delivering your order without a signature, you may authorize Caliper Corporation to arrange for a delivery that does not require anyone to be at the delivery address. This can be done by placing your order by phone by calling Caliper Corporation Sales at 617-527-4700.

Undeliverable Packages:
Occasionally packages are returned to Caliper Corporation as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to Caliper Corporation, please contact Caliper Corporation to make arrangements for reshipment.

Failed Delivery Attempts:
Most of Caliper Corporation’s carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. After three delivery attempts, the carrier will return the package to Caliper Corporation.
