Caliper offers Maptitude training courses throughout the year. Whether you are a new user or an experienced user of earlier versions of Maptitude, these training sessions will help you learn to use Maptitude more effectively and productively.
Caliper also offers training courses in transportation planning with TransCAD. Like Maptitude training, TransCAD training is valuable for both the novice and the experienced user. The TransCAD training courses will introduce you to all of the GIS functions of TransCAD, travel demand modeling, transit applications, data preparation and manipulation, and the GISDK programming language.
Maptitude for Redistricting training covers all of the redistricting features of the software. You will also learn most of the key Maptitude features that are used when building a plan including creating maps from geographic layers, labels, themes, styles, freehand drawing tools, autoscale, manipulating attribute data, printing maps and plans, selection sets, geocoding incumbents, combining race data using formula fields, statistics, geographic editing, joining political data to the geography, and disaggregating and aggregating data to other geographic layers.
Caliper offers Maptitude for the Web training in conjunction with the regular Maptitude training. On-site training is also available for $1200 per day plus expenses. Please contact Caliper for information on either of these options.
