| Multiple bands, overlay, areas of influence, finding the best
route, and contouring are just some of the geographic analysis tools in Maptitude. These
tools let you find out, for example, how many people live within an eighth and a quarter
of a mile of a bus route, or the best way to visit a dozen addresses and return to your
office. The optional Geographic Information System Developer's Kit (GISDK™) lets you create your own tools as add-ins, custom interfaces, or map servers. GISDK lets you tailor Maptitude to special needs, automate regular tasks, or provide geographic analysis and mapping to other programs, such as those written in Visual Basic. |
