| 1.9 The Maptitude Screen: Like Other
Windows Programs |

| Maptitude is a standard Windows program, with a menu bar, a
toolbar, windows, toolboxes, and dialog boxes to give you control over the program.
Everything happens within the Maptitude frame, the main window that holds the other
windows for maps, dataviews, figures, and layouts. Some menu commands can also be activated quickly by using buttons on the toolbar. Each type of Maptitude window has its own toolbar. At the bottom if the frame is space for status information and help when you are choosing commands. |
