Dataviews

• Displays data from one or more tables arranged in rows and columns, and stored in geographic files, databases or spreadsheets

Maptitude uses dataviews to display data in tabular form. Dataviews let you arrange the columns and rows of information any way you like and customize the appearance of the data.

You can use dataviews to add and delete records and to edit the values that are stored in a geographic file or database. You can edit values by typing directly into the dataview or by using commands that fill in highlighted ranges of cells. You can also create formula fields to display calculated values.
