Click on a column heading
to highlight (select) that column.
Press Shift and click on another
column to add it to the selected columns.
Press Ctrl and click on a
highlighted column to remove it from the selected columns.
Click in any cell to turn off the
highlighting
With one column selected, use the
left/right arrow keys to move the column left/right.
Place the cursor over the end of
column heading. Drag the double arrow to a new column width.
With one or more columns selected:
Click
to make the columns wider
Click
to make the columns narrower.
Click
to hide the selected columns.
Choose Dataview-Fields or click
on the toolbar.
Click Clear to drop all the fields from the
dataview.
Click Show All to add all of the fields back into
the dataview.
Click OK. The dataview will be as it was when you
started.
