Dataviews
4.8 Organizing the Data in a Dataview: Changing the Columns
To change the width of a column:
  • Place the cursor over the end of the column heading and drag the double arrow to a new column width
  • Click in one or more columns and click Wide to make the column wider
  • Click in one or more columns and click Narrow to make the column narrower

Lock a column

  • Click in one or more columns and click Lock to lock the columns

The columns, locked in the order that you selected them, are shaded in gray. The locked columns remain anchored in place when you move left and right in the dataview. When you unlock any locked columns they are left in the same order, but all of them now scroll left and right.
