Detroit DOT Transit Information System
This application lets you find route and
timetable information for bus travel in Detroit Michigan. You
choose an origin and destination, either by entering addresses,
choosing from a list of landmarks, or by clicking on the map.
TransCAD for the Web calculates the best route, travel time,
number of transfers, and fare.

Interstate Commodity Flows
This application lets you click on a state to
display desire lines that show the total value of commodities
shipped into or out of that state. The flow data are stored in
TransCAD matrices.

MassTrack was created by the Mass. High

employees. The goal is to provide the tools to help technology

A real estate property locator.
This is an example of how a .NET mapping service has been
successfully integrated into an existing web site. The clients
web site, written in ASP, includes maps and find nearest
services provided by a server running ASP.NET and Maptitude for
the Web 4.7.

is
an example of how interactive maps can be used to find a wealth of
information about a city or town, organized by location.

Federal Credit Union
A Bank
ATM and Branch locator built using ASP.NET and
Maptitude for the Web 4.7. In this example, you can select ATMs by
region, or near an address. The map page includes a Map control and
a Select control that display the current selection set. The Select
control uses the class System.Data.DataSet and the web control
DataList to display the information to the user.
A Microsoft Access database stores
all of the ATM information, including the geographic location of
each record.

Community
YouthMapping
This is an example of a business locator
by region and by query. Choose Select Site, then a city,
an activity, and search.
Businesses that match the query are listed. Choose a business link
to get information or a map. In this custom application,
Maptitude for the Web is used to batch geocode and map records from
an SQL server database.

Territory/District Editor
This demonstration lets users select ZIP
Codes on a map, report the total population for the selected ZIP
Codes, and then assign then to territories or districts. This
application allows multiple concurrent users to assign
territories so the territories may change continuously. It is
written in ASP.NET/Visual Basic.NET and uses Maptitude for the
Web 4.7.
