Maptitude can be installed from either DVDs or downloaded from a link received via email. This article goes over how to install the Maptitude software from a set of DVDs. For instructions on installing from a download link see here.
Step 1: Identify the discs In your shipment, you should have received:- 1 Disc for Maptitude 2019 Program Disc
- Between 1 and 2 Discs for each Country Package you ordered
- If you have multiple for a country, such as the U.S. Package, they will be labeled Data Disc 1 and Data Disc 2
The Data Disc 1 for your Country Package(s) should contain the following: 
Step 2: Install the Program Disc Insert Maptitude 2019 program Disc. The installer should run automatically, but if not, browse to the disc in your file explorer and double click on AutoRunMaptitude.exe to run the installer. You will be prompted to run the installer and then to accept the license agreement. When asked which installation to use, choose Typical. 
You will be prompted to enter some user information: 
Then input your serial number, which will have been printed inside the case the DVDs came in. The serial number will also have been included with the download email you should have received in addition to the DVDs. NOTE: If you purchased an upgrade, your serial number may have changed. 
Keep clicking through Next until the software is successfully installed and click Finish to exit. Step 3: Install Data Discs Insert Data Disc 1 for your Country Package. The installer should run automatically but if not double click on DataInstaller.exe on the Data Disc 1 to start the installation for Country Package. You will be prompted to run the installer and accept the license agreement. Then you will be asked where to install the data to. We recommend keeping the default of the C:\ccdata folder. 
Keep clicking Next> and you will be asked to review the settings for the install. Make sure the number of DVDs is the same as the number you have and that the destination folder is the one you chose in the previous step (again it is highly recommended to use C:\ccdata\ and the name of the Country Package). 
Click Next>. If your country package required a second disc you will see the below screen. If not, skip ahead: 
Put in the second data disc. If it doesn’t recognize that a second disc has been entered, click Browse and direct the explorer to the location of the second disc. Click OK. You will get a screen that Installation is complete. Hit Finish. Repeat Step 3 for any other Country Packages or Data Products you received.
