What training or support do I receive with Maptitude?

Free training videos are available on the Maptitude Video Tutorials page. There are also free mapping software webinars (and videos of past webinars with audio) on the Maptitude Mapping Software Webinars page. The webinars are conducted regularly and you can attend as many as you want.

With each new license or upgrade of Maptitude you get 60 days of free phone and email technical support. Technical support is not training, but our support staff are happy to answer your questions. You can also contact support by filling out the Technical Support Online Request Form.
Caliper also offers several other training options:
  1. Web-Based Maptitude Training at US$250 per hour; or US$1600 for a 7 hour package: The benefits of the Web-Based Training are that the sessions are specifically tailored to your needs and can be split into hourly segments, between which the trainees can apply and practice the materials taught. Each session can also be recorded to video, allowing you to review the topics covered. One or more people can attend each session with no increase in cost.
  2. Training at a customer's facility at US$1800 a day plus expenses. This is a good solution if there are multiple people at your organization requiring an in-person training.
  3. Classroom training at US$395 for one day or US$300 per day for 2-3 days: Upcoming training is listed on the Maptitude Training page.
Maptitude comes with a comprehensive Help system. This contains tutorials on all aspects of the software and has a detailed "getting started" tutorial. It can be accessed within Maptitude by clicking F1 on your keyboard at any time for context sensitive help from within any toolbox, tool, or window.  In addition, a learning portal, tooltips, and other on-screen visual cues also make Maptitude easy to learn and use.
