Create Legend

Creates or updates the legend, with control over the display of themes or sets.

Argument	Contents
type	The type of legend:- Null: a normal legend- Theme: makes sure that themes are displayed in the legend- Set: makes sure that sets are displayed in the legend

If no legend exists, creates a new legend. If an old legend exists, uses those settings. If a type is specified, makes sure that themes or sets are included.
