DayOfWeek()

Summary

Converts a date to a day of the week.

 

Changes

In Version 5.0 no longer accepts string of form "mm/dd/yy."

 

Syntax

day = DayOfWeek(string date)

 

Argument Contents
date String of form "mm/dd/yyyy"

 

Returns

A string containing the name of the day of the week; one of Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun.

Error Invalid date specification
