Summary
Determines the version of a TIGER/Line file.
Syntax
TigerVersion(string filename)

| filename | The file name of the TIGER/Line file to be examined. It can be a PKZIP archive, or one of the individual TIGER/Line files. |
Returns
A string with the year of the TIGER/Line file.
Notes

The version will be determined based on the file names and other indicators. In some cases, two versions cannot be distinguished and one will be picked for you.
