Training – Caliper
offers training at your site or at our training facility in Newton,
Massachusetts. |

Software Customization
– Caliper can customize Maptitude for Precinct and Election
Management to meet your specific needs. Examples include data
preparation, custom reports, unique analytical capabilities, and the
automation of report generation and map creation for completed
plans. |

Technical Support
– Caliper provides telephone and e-mail technical support. There are
two ways to pay for technical support. We can charge your credit
card $75 per incident or you can pre-pay for a block of support.
Then minimum prepayment is $2,000. Your balance will be reduced
based on the number of minutes spent by technical support staff at a
rate of $125 per hour. |

Live Web Mapping
– The
Maptitude map server engine lets
you publish live maps on the Web. Caliper can create a Web
application customized to your exact requirements. Under a typical
scenario, the user enters an address to zoom the map and display
information about the current Congressional and state legislative
districts at this location, elected officials, proposed
redistricting plans, demographics, and any other information you
