eleven summary levels: State, Congressional District, Metropolitan
Statistical Area, County, County Subdivision, Place, Indian
Reservation, Census Tract, Block Group, 5-Digit ZIP Code Tabulation
Area, and Urbanized Area/Urban Cluster for a single state.
