For each district you will find 2010 Census data including population,
age, race, ethnicity, and household statistics. Use this information to
identify districts that have a particular profile such as a high elderly

your data with the Legislative Districts Data CD and Caliper’s geographic
information system (GIS) software to implement your strategies. For example,
add your facilities to a map and associate sales, expenditures, or number of
