When you order a license of the software or request a trial, a download email will be sent to the email address you provided when ordering/requesting. Here are some common reasons you might not be seeing that email: The email got blocked by a SPAM filter: Often when receiving an email with a download link from a new email address, your email provider will identify it as SPAM. Check your SPAM folder or Junk folder and see if the email is stuck there The email has not been sent yet: We will send out the email as soon as possible, but if the request was made outside of our normal business hours, 9 am to 5 pm Eastern Standard Time Monday to Friday, the email might not be sent until the next business day. An incorrect email was entered in the trial request form: If you are requesting a trial using the online form, or placed an order on the online store, it is possible that the email address was entered incorrectly.
