Maptitude for Precinct and Election Management makes it easy to compare
election and voter registration data from different elections where precinct
boundaries have changed. As long as your voter file contains a field called
Old Precinct, and you have a geographic representation of your old precinct
boundaries, you can use P&E Mgt-Precinct Changes
to identify the changes in precincts and their impact on your voters. See
