Maptitude includes a lot of compact, compressed GIS data on CD ROM; a powerful geocoder; and interactive editing and topology maintenance tools. The GIS SDK (software development kit) allows users to customise and add their own applications. GIS SDK routines are accessible via OLE automation with Windows development products, setting up a pathway for users to implement a Web server."
