Tom Creasey is an established leader in transportation and an industry veteran with more than 35 years of experience as a practitioner, researcher, and educator at major transportation organizations in the United States. Tom currently serves as the Chairman of the Transportation Research Board's Highway Capacity Committee and is a recognized international expert in transportation.
