NEWTON, MASSACHUSETTS (USA) – The National Conference of State Legislatures Fall Forum will be held on December 8-10, 2010 In Phoenix, Arizona. The NCSL Fall Forum explores how changes in Congress are going to affect states in 2011. Caliper Corporation will participate in the Redistricting and Elections Committee meetings.
