Jim Lam is a Director of Transportation Applications and Support at Caliper Corporation. Mr. Lam specializes in developing travel demand models in TransCAD and he has extensive experience in modeling transit systems. Mr. Lam leads TransCAD model development projects and directs the TransCAD training and support program.
