There is a rather stark East/West divide in taco shops in the U.S. with the states having the highest concentration all in the West (Texas-15.2/100,000, Nevada-11.3, California-10.5, and Wyoming-10.2) and the states having the lowest concentration all in the East (New Hampshire-1.97/100,000, Maine-2.1, Pennsylvania-2.1, and Massachusetts-2.3).
